Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 300 g herb cream cheese
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 150 g Ajvar, mild or hot
- ½ bag(s) of mixed herbs (8-herb mix), frozen
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic or 1 tbsp garlic granules
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dip
Roughly crumble the feta cheese and add it to a bowl with the other ingredients. Adjust the spices, such as pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika, to your liking. Blend everything together with a hand mixer until smooth and season to taste. You can also omit the lemon juice. Be careful when seasoning, as the spiciness will linger. If the cream is only for the following day, season it only afterward.
