Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 oranges
- 300 g grapes, blue
- 150 ml orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey, liquid
- 300 g yogurt (cream yogurt)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp cornflakes
- Pistachios, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the oranges, cut them into wedges, and then quarter them. Wash, halve, and deseed the grapes. Place the oranges and grapes in a bowl and mix together. Mix the orange juice with the honey and pour over the fruit. Whisk the yogurt with vanilla sugar and cinnamon until frothy and pour over the fruit salad. Sprinkle with cornflakes and, if desired, pistachios.
