Eggnog punch

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 tbsp sugar, finely granulated brown
  • ½ liter eggnog
  • 1 liter white wine, semi-dry
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pre-Christmas drinking pleasure

Whisk together the eggnog and sugar and heat. Add the wine and a pinch of cinnamon, continue heating while whisking, and bring to a boil briefly. Divide the punch into serving glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately, as the foam only lasts for about 10 minutes.
