Orange Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g butter
  • 225 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 200 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 pt. flavoring (Finesse orange flavor)
  • 300 g orange(s), diced
  • Jam (orange)
  • Pistachios
  • 1 orange(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter with the sifted sugar, vanilla sugar, orange liqueur, and orange flavoring until fluffy. Gradually stir in the egg yolks. Combine the flour with the baking powder, sift, and stir into the yolk mixture alternately with the orange juice. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter. Mix the orange pieces into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes. Let the Bundt pan cool, then turn it out and decorate with orange marmalade, pistachios, and orange pieces.
