Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 175 g margarine
- 180 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 orange(s), untreated (grated peel)
- 6 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 can/n tangerine(s)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Salt
- 300 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat margarine, sugar, a pinch of salt, orange zest, and eggs until fluffy. Add flour and baking powder. Fold in mandarin oranges and pour the batter into a greased 24 cm Bundt cake pan. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for about 50 minutes (test with a toothpick). If it browns too much, cover with baking paper. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
