For the pastry, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Alternately beat in the eggs and flour, then add the baking powder. Line the bottom of a round baking pan with baking paper and lightly grease the sides with butter. Preheat the oven to 190°C and bake the cake on rack 1 for 25-30 minutes. Squeeze the oranges and lemon and mix with the 200g of sugar. After baking, place the cake upside down on a large plate and remove the baking paper. Gradually drizzle the sweetened juice over the hot cake. Let it sit for a few hours afterward. It can also be served with whipped cream.
