Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 oranges
- 1 onion(s), white
- 1 tbsp Aceto balsamico, white
- 3 tbsp sauce (sun & olive, ready-made product)
- 3 tsp Fondor, with herbs
- 2 balls of mozzarella, 125 g each
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the oranges, removing the white pith, and slice them thinly. Reserve the juice. Slice the mozzarella. Arrange the orange and mozzarella slices on a platter. Peel the onion, slice it thinly, and arrange it on top of the orange and mozzarella slices. Combine the reserved orange juice, balsamic vinegar, Sonne & Olive, and Fondor and spread it over the carpaccio.
