Orange – cinnamon – ginger – jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 m.-sized orange(s)
  • 3 lemons
  • 100 g ginger
  • 1 kg gelling sugar (1:1)
  • Cinnamon, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the fruit with hot water, dry, and peel. Remove as much of the white skin as possible. Then cut the fruit into small pieces. Heat these in a preserving pan. Stir in the gelling sugar and the finely diced or grated ginger and cinnamon. After a few minutes, test for settling and bottle.
