Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 large oranges
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- 20 ice cubes
- 1 liter lemonade
- Mint, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Refreshing without alcohol
Halve the oranges and juice them. Stir the ground ginger into the juice. Refrigerate until ready to use. Crush the ice in an ice cream maker or wrap it in a kitchen towel and use a meat tenderizer. Divide the ice between 4 highball glasses. Pour 50 ml of orange juice into each glass and top with lemonade. Garnish with mint.
