- 1 liter orange juice, fresh
- 200 g ginger root
- 1 piece(s) turmeric root
- 100 ml lemon juice

Combine the orange juice, coarsely chopped ginger, turmeric, and lemon juice in a high-performance smoothie maker and blend on high for about 2 minutes. This smoothie is simply delicious, very healthy, and will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
