Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the remaining ingredients. Whisk well. Divide the batter into 24 greased muffin tins and bake in the oven at 160°C (325°F) for 25 minutes. You can substitute the orange juice for anything you like. If you like, you can also add chocolate shavings or fruit pieces and top the muffins with a lemon or chocolate glaze.
