Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 orange(s)
  • 40 coffee beans
  • 40 sugar cubes or/and rock candy
  • 1 bottle of schnapps (32% grain schnapps is sufficient, 0.7l)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the orange with hot water. Then score the peel and place the coffee beans into the peel. Put the sugar cubes or rock candy in a container of at least 1.25 liters (Tupperware Bingo is best). Place the orange and coffee beans on top, fill with the bottle of Korn, and close the lid. The whole thing needs to steep for 40 days, though. The longer the better. (It’s a hit everywhere; it tastes a bit like Grand Marnier.)
