- 1 kg orange(s), peeled
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Peel the oranges, cut them into pieces, and place them in a saucepan. Add the gelling sugar and blend. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for about three minutes, stirring continuously, according to the package instructions. Pour into jars and seal.
