Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 2 tsp chives
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

goes very well with leaf salads

Finely chop the herbs and mix them in a bowl with the mustard, olive oil, and crème fraîche. Squeeze the citrus fruits and add the juice. Add sugar depending on the sweetness or acidity of the oranges. Finally, season the dressing with salt and pepper. If you want to give the dressing a slightly different flavor, you can add garlic and grated Parmesan cheese for a more robust, rustic taste. In my opinion, this dressing goes well with leafy salads.
