Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml orange juice, not freshly squeezed
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • possibly cream
  • possibly fruits, depending on the season
  • possibly waffles (hollow wafers)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Take 5 tablespoons of orange juice and mix it with the sugar and pudding mix. Heat the remaining orange juice. When it boils, remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the mixed pudding mix. Return the pan to the heat and bring to a boil for one minute, stirring continuously. Ladle the pudding into 4 bowls. If desired, garnish with whipped cream, 2 whole wafers, and fresh fruit.
