- 4 oranges
- 2 onions, red
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- Salt
- Parsley
Instructions

Refined, fruity enjoyment
First, peel the oranges, including the white pith. Then slice the oranges and arrange them on a plate in a shingle-like pattern. Arrange the sliced onions on top of the oranges. Sprinkle with fennel seeds and salt, and drizzle with olive oil. Let the salad stand for 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
