Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 450 g whipped cream
  • 225 g sugar
  • 450 g cream cheese
  • 30 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

for a 26cm springform pan

For the base, finely crumble 22 Oreo cookies. Add the melted butter and 1 tablespoon of sugar and mix everything well. Press the resulting mixture firmly into the bottom of a 26cm springform pan, forming a small rim. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the topping. First, whip the cream with the remaining sugar until stiff peaks form, then gradually sift in the powdered sugar. Slowly add the cream cheese while stirring. Roughly chop 9 cookies and mix into the filling. Spread the filling over the base. Chill the cake for about 3-4 hours. Decorate with the remaining Oreo cookies.
