Oreo cheesecake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 22 cookies (Oreos)
  • 40 g butter
  • 400 g double cream cheese
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavor
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g flour
  • 100 ml sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

a delicious combination

Preheat oven to 170°C. Crush 18 cookies (e.g., place them in a sealed freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin). Melt the butter, mix it with the crumbs, and press it onto the bottom of a greased springform pan, forming a rim around the sides. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer, then add the eggs one at a time. Add the flour and sour cream and mix. Roughly crumble the remaining Oreo cookies and mix them with the cream cheese mixture. Now pour the mixture into the springform pan and bake the cake in the oven for about 55 minutes. Afterward, the cake should cool completely and rest in the refrigerator for a few hours. Unfortunately, we couldn’t wait that long and ate it almost immediately. The recipe is actually for a small 20cm springform pan, but we only had a regular-sized one, so the cake ended up a bit flatter.
