Oreo Confetti Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

• 100 g butter
• 110 g sugar
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar
• 2 eggs
• 250 g flour
• 1 packet of baking powder
• 1 shot of milk
• 1 pack of chocolate pudding (Monte chocolate pudding, large)
• 1 pack of Oreo cookies (preferably with more filling)
• 1 cup Smarties (mini Smarties)
• 1 pack of food coloring (food sugar coloring)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all the ingredients for the batter. Finally, add the milk, 4-5 tablespoons or more, until the batter is nice and light—not too thick, but not too runny. Pour the batter into the greased pan and press the Oreo cookies into it. Finally, smooth the batter over the top. Sprinkle colorful little Smarties on top and dot with edible sugar coloring, if desired! Pan used: 22 x 17cm glass baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and then bake for about 20 minutes. Ready in no time and incredibly easy. I stir the batter with a large spoon; you don’t even need a mixer.
