Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 110 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 110 g flour
- 3 tbsp milk
- 18 cookies (Oreo)
- 100 g chocolate, white
- Paper cups
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
makes 12 pieces.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and place paper baking cups in the holes of a muffin tin. Beat the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Add the flour, baking powder, and milk to the egg mixture. Crumble 15 Oreo cookies and mix into the batter. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each paper baking cup. Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes, then let cool. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and carefully quarter the remaining Oreo cookies with a knife. Place a large dollop of chocolate on each muffin and place 1/4 of an Oreo cookie on top.
