Riesling risotto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 500 g rice (risotto rice)
  • 500 ml broth
  • n. B. Wine (Riesling)
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare the bullion as usual. Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with butter. Briefly fry the risotto rice. Add the bullion. First, add 1 liter of Riesling. Simmer the rice, stirring constantly. Season to taste. Add more wine as needed until the rice is tender. Then mix in the cheese.
