Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breasts with skin (or thighs)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- ½ tsp harissa
- 1 tsp spice mix (masala)
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 zucchini, diced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place the chicken breasts and zucchini cubes in a baking dish. Combine all other ingredients in a mixing glass and blend well. Then pour into the dish and bake for 1 hour at 175°C. Serve with simit (Turkish yeast pastry with sesame seeds).
