Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 400 g chickpeas, (can) drained
- 2 tbsp mint, fresh chopped
- 1 lemon(s), finely grate and squeeze juice
- 2 pinches of cumin
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 8 tbsp natural yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp vinegar, mild
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Boil the pasta and drain. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add the cold pasta and mix well. Let stand for 30 minutes.
