  • 150 ml natural yogurt
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • 1 tsp Ras el Hanout

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Wash the minute steaks and pat dry. Wash the lime, zest, and squeeze out the juice. Wash the mint, shake it dry, and finely chop it. Make a marinade with olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, half each of the Ras el Hanout and the chopped mint. Marinate the steaks for at least an hour. Mix the yogurt in a bowl until creamy and stir in the rest of the Ras el Hanout and the chopped mint. Set aside and let it marinate. Heat some of the marinade in a pan; when the pan is hot, add the steaks, then pour over the remaining marinade and sauté over medium heat. Serve on plates and top each steak with a tablespoon of the yogurt dip. Garnish with some mint. Serve with any variation of couscous or just a piece of flatbread.
