Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g brown sugar
- 150 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 370 g flour
- 300 g chocolate, chopped
- 110 g nuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine both sugars with the butter, add the eggs, and continue stirring. Slowly add the flour, finally incorporating the chocolate and nuts. Form the mixture into a log and cut into approximately 5 mm thick slices. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 170°C for about 15-20 minutes.
