- 3 Eggs
- 1 small Onion
- 1 disc Boiled ham
- 0,5 Yellow peppers
- 3 drops Maggi wort
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Butter
- Parsely
- Cut the cooked ham into cubes. Core, wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. Peel the onion and also cut into small cubes.
- Beat the eggs in a cup, season with salt, pepper from the mill, Maggi seasoning and whisk.
- Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onions. Now add the ham and peppers and cook with them. Add the egg and let the egg set over a low heat. Now arrange the egg on a plate and serve with the parsley. Good Appetite.
