Our Raisin Bread
The perfect our raisin bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 ml Low fat milk
- 900 g Spelled Flour 630
- 80 g Liquid butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 150 g Raisins
- 2 packet Dry yeast
- 80 g Sugar
- Let the butter melt in a saucepan or microwell. The milk and butter should be lukewarm.
- Knead all ingredients except the raisins into a firm dough.
- When the dough is well kneaded, add the raisins. Cover and leave the dough to rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Grease two cake tins or bread tins well.
- After an hour, knead the dough again briefly and put it in the cake pan.
- Let rise for another 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to top / bottom heat to 180c.
- Bake the raisin cake on the middle rack for 40-45 minutes. We had butter and jam.
- It’s really delicious.
