Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g white rock sugar
  • 10 drops of oil (anise)
  • 1 ½ bottles of schnapps (corn)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for the Thermomix

Place the rock candy pieces in the Thermomix and pulverize on speed 10/20 seconds. Add 10 drops of anise oil (to taste) and 1.5 bottles of Korn (1 liter) through the lid opening. Mix briefly on speed 6, then bottle. Chill thoroughly before drinking, e.g., in the freezer or refrigerator icebox.
