  • ½ liter vodka, or rum or grain alcohol
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 200 ml cream
  • 340 ml condensed milk
  • 250 g powdered sugar

quick and tasty

Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar until very fluffy. Add the vanilla bean seeds. While continuing to stir, add the cream, condensed milk, and alcohol. Pour everything into hot, rinsed bottles and store in a cool place. It’s best to use a mixing bowl with a lid for stirring, as the liquid tends to splash. Bottled in small 0.2 l or 0.3 l bottles, this eggnog makes a magical gift.
