Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 chicken thighs (300g each)
- 4 garlic cloves, diced
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- 6 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
possibly potato salad as a side dish
Mix all ingredients into a paste, season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper, place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (smooth side up), and spread the paste over them. Bake on the middle rack of the oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes. Cover with foil after 20 minutes if necessary.
