Oven-baked chicken thighs with potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 1 kg potatoes, small
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some paprika powder, hot
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Quarter the potatoes, skin on, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic, then stir into the potatoes with the oil. Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet with the chicken thighs. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 60 minutes (depending on the oven).
