Oven-baked fried potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s), more to taste
  • Herbs of Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel and dice the raw potatoes, then place them in a casserole dish or on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Quarter the onion and finely chop the garlic. Add to the potatoes along with the herbs de Provence and paprika and cook for another 30 minutes.
