Oven-baked grilled sausages with sweet potatoes, chickpeas, and peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g sweet potatoes
  • 300 g chickpeas from the can
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 200 g grilled sausages
  • 50 g ham or bacon, diced
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • n. B. cumin powder
  • n. B. garlic granules
  • e.g. nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 1 rosemary sprig(s)
  • 200 g herb curd

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes, chickpeas, and bell peppers. Slice the sweet potatoes and cut the bell peppers into strips. Spread them evenly on the baking sheet with the chickpeas and sausages, then sprinkle with ham or bacon cubes. Drizzle everything with oil. Sprinkle the rosemary and spices over the ingredients. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes on the middle rack. Serve with the herb quark.
