Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • Butter, for the mold
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the minced meat with the grated carrots, chopped onion, and sliced ​​bell pepper. Season to taste with tomato paste and spices. Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente, then rinse and drain well. In a buttered casserole dish, alternate layers of macaroni, ground beef, mushrooms, some cheese, and more pasta. Finish with the ground beef and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C.
