Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- ½ liter of dry white wine
- 4 cups of crème fraîche
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 4 tsp vegetable broth or meat broth powder
- 4 bay leaves
- 10 shallots (or amount to taste)

Mix all sauce ingredients well. Pour the sauce into a shallow, ovenproof dish, scattering the bay leaves and shallots over the sauce. Add the schnitzel. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50-60 minutes.
