Turkey schnitzel in white wine sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • ½ liter of dry white wine
  • 4 cups of crème fraîche
  • 4 tsp cornstarch
  • 4 tsp vegetable broth or meat broth powder
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 10 shallots (or amount to taste)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all sauce ingredients well. Pour the sauce into a shallow, ovenproof dish, scattering the bay leaves and shallots over the sauce. Add the schnitzel. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 50-60 minutes.
