Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g green beans, cleaned
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- 50 ml water
- 6 tomatoes, dried in oil
- 1 tsp savory
- ½ tsp garlic flakes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). First, chop the tomatoes. Then mix all the ingredients together and place them in a baking dish. Cook in the hot oven for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
