Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized potatoes, peeled
  • Salt
  • possibly grated cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a simple side dish

Grate the potatoes into a bowl, season with salt, and mix well. Then, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, form two not-too-thick rösti (potatoes). Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 15-20 minutes. If you like, you can also mix in some cheese.
