Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, small (triplets)
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 3 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
great side dish
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, but do not peel them. Then halve them and place them in a bowl. Pour in the oil, season with salt and pepper, and stir well. Place the potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet and drizzle with the remaining oil. Sprinkle with a little more salt if desired. Distribute the rosemary sprigs among the potatoes, peel the garlic, and add them to the baking sheet. Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes (until the potatoes are browned).
