Oven Vegetables with Turkey Breast
The perfect oven vegetables with turkey breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Small potatoes
- 500 g Carrots
- 250 g Beetroot, cooked
- 3 Pc. Onions
- 500 g Turkey breast fillet
- Rosemary and thyme to taste
- 2 tbsp Red curry paste
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Thoroughly brush the potatoes & carrots under running water and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and quarter the onions. Roughly dice the beetroot and turkey meat.
- Put the vegetables and meat in a large bowl. Pour olive oil over it. Strip the rosemary (I’ll take a good handful) from the stalks, coarsely chop together with the thyme and add to the vegetables. Everything with the curry paste, salt, pepper and who likes garlic.
- Mix everything well with your hands until the herbs and spices are well distributed. Put everything on a baking sheet with a high rim and distribute. At 200 ° degrees circulating air approx. 60 minutes. to bake. Stir once in between.
