Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 10 g honey
  • 7 g cocoa powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Weigh all ingredients and place in a bowl or jar. Refrigerate overnight and serve with yogurt and fruit the next day. Approximately 383 kcal per serving.
