Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 250 ml almond milk vanilla
- 1 serving of protein powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 shot of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Greek yogurt, 2% fat
- some sugar-free granola
- Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or similar, of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
First, combine the oats, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix until smooth. Then add the Greek yogurt, granola, and berries of your choice. Seal the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
