Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 250 ml almond milk vanilla
  • 1 serving of protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 shot of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Greek yogurt, 2% fat
  • some sugar-free granola
  • Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or similar, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, combine the oats, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix until smooth. Then add the Greek yogurt, granola, and berries of your choice. Seal the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
