Overnight oats with banana, cocoa, blueberries

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 120 ml oat milk (oat drink) or water
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 handful of blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes

Cut the banana into small pieces and mix with the other ingredients in a sealable jar. Jam jars work perfectly. Add sugar and/or cinnamon as desired. Once everything is mixed, seal the jar and refrigerate overnight. Overnight oats are a fantastic breakfast, in my opinion. They’re quick to prepare the night before and then just need to be taken out of the fridge. They’re even suitable for takeaway and can be varied endlessly.
