Overnight oats with mango and passion fruit

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 80 g fine oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp flaxseed, crushed
  • 2 dashes agave syrup
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 passion fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 40 minutes

Mix the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, almond milk, and agave syrup in a bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the mixture has thickened. Peel the mango and chop the flesh into small pieces. Place the mango and the inside of the passion fruit in a tall bowl and puree with a hand blender. Now pour the fruit puree onto the mixture, cover, and refrigerate overnight. I always transfer the two portions into two boxes at once to ensure they are portioned out. Of course, you can use lots of different fruits, such as bananas, berries, kiwis, etc. The sky is the limit. 430 kcal per portion.
