Overnight Oats with Raspberries and Nectarine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink), vanilla or as desired
  • 100 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 1 nectarine(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

without wheat and dairy products, vegan

For the first layer, place the oats in a glass and pour the soy milk over them. Then mix the chia seeds with the raspberries and water and pour it over the oats. Finally, peel and chop the nectarine, and add it to the glass. Close the glass tightly and refrigerate overnight.
