Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g minced beef
- 1 Pak Choi plant
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup of cream (200 g)
- 400 g pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Wash and chop the vegetables. Lightly fry the ground beef in coconut oil and then add the vegetables shortly thereafter. Deglaze with soy sauce, season, and let it simmer for a while. Add the cream and bring to a simmer. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain. Finally, mix everything together and bring back to a boil briefly.
