Pak Choi Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 m.-large pak choi
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 stalk(s) Celery
  • n. B. Sesame for sprinkling
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • n. B. Honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the pak choi lengthwise, remove the stem, and cut into thin strips. Peel and dice the carrots. First, slice the bell pepper and celery into strips, then dice them. Combine the dressing ingredients, season to taste, and toss with the salad. Toast the sesame seeds and sprinkle over the salad.
