Ingredients
 

  • 1 Pakchoy fresh
  • 200 g Smoked ham
  • 1 tbsp Organic vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • Halve the pakchoy and cut into quarters.
  • Heat 1.5 liters of water and add the vegetable stock. Add pakchoy and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Lay out the ham on a board and place 2-3 pieces of pakchoy on top and roll up.
  • Fry briefly in a pan and enjoy.
