Pakchoy Wrapped in Ham,

The perfect pakchoy wrapped in ham, recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pakchoy fresh
  • 200 g Smoked ham
  • 1 tbsp Organic vegetable broth
  1. Halve the pakchoy and cut into quarters.
  1. Heat 1.5 liters of water and add the vegetable stock. Add pakchoy and simmer for 2 minutes.
  1. Lay out the ham on a board and place 2-3 pieces of pakchoy on top and roll up.
  1. Fry briefly in a pan and enjoy.
