Pakchoy Wrapped in Ham,
The perfect pakchoy wrapped in ham, recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pakchoy fresh
- 200 g Smoked ham
- 1 tbsp Organic vegetable broth
- Halve the pakchoy and cut into quarters.
- Heat 1.5 liters of water and add the vegetable stock. Add pakchoy and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Lay out the ham on a board and place 2-3 pieces of pakchoy on top and roll up.
- Fry briefly in a pan and enjoy.
