Palatinate cheesecake without a base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 6 eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 pts. pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the quark, egg yolks, sugar, and pudding mix thoroughly. Beat the egg whites until stiff, and fold in. Pour the mixture into a springform pan and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. Let the cake cool slightly and turn it out onto a wire rack while still warm. It tastes delicious and, as described, can be made without a base.
