Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 8 rolls, stale
- 500 ml milk, hot
- 6 eggs, size L
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 125 g raisins
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- 6 tbsp cherry brandy
- 1 kg sweet cherries, fresh
- 1 tsp cocoa

for a 26cm springform pan
Cut the rolls into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Pour the hot milk over them and let them stand for half an hour. Meanwhile, separate the eggs and beat the yolks until frothy. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add the egg yolks and the remaining ingredients, except the egg whites and cherries, to the soaked rolls and mix. Finally, fold in the egg whites and add the cherries. Pour the mixture into a 26cm springform pan. Bake for one hour on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
