Pan Bread from Oven

The perfect pan bread from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Spelled flour
  • 125 ml Lukewarm water
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 dice Yeast
  • 0,5 tsp Raw cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Flour for countertop
  1. Mix the flour with the salt. Mix the yeast with the cane sugar and the lukewarm water and dissolve it well, add it to the flour mixture and use the dough hook to make a dough, work for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place.
  3. Work the dough with floured hands, sprinkle the work surface with flour. Now divide the dough into 4 parts and shape oval flatbreads with your hands.

Preheat the oven to 120 degrees!

  1. Brush a coated pan with a little oil, place the flatbreads in the pan and then bake on the middle rack at 100 degrees for about 5 to 10 minutes.
